At KitsilaNails, we want every visit to be a great one. These policies help us keep things fair and consistent for everyone — our clients and our team.

Chip Redo Policy

At KitsilaNails, we take pride in the quality of every service we provide. If you experience a genuine chip or lifting on your nails after your appointment, we're happy to fix it — no questions asked.

What's covered

Complimentary chip redos are available under the following conditions:

  • The chip or lifting occurred within 7 days of your original appointment.
  • You contact us within those 7 days to arrange the redo.
  • You provide a clear photo of the affected nail(s) when booking your redo appointment — send it to booking@kitsilanails.com or via Instagram @kitsilanails.esthetics.
  • The damage is consistent with a genuine chip (not wear, peeling from picking, or damage from activities after the appointment).

What's not covered

  • Chips or lifting reported more than 7 days after the appointment.
  • Damage caused by picking, peeling, or improper removal at home.
  • Normal tip wear or growth.
  • Damage resulting from activities that are hard on nails (moving, construction, sports, etc.) performed shortly after the appointment.

How to request a redo

Email us at booking@kitsilanails.com with your name, original appointment date, and a photo of the affected nail(s). We'll get back to you within 24 hours to arrange a time.

We truly value every client and want you to leave happy every time. This policy exists to ensure we can keep offering quality redos fairly to everyone. Thank you for understanding. ♡
