At KitsilaNails, we want every visit to be a great one. These policies help us keep things fair and consistent for everyone — our clients and our team.
Chip Redo Policy
At KitsilaNails, we take pride in the quality of every service we provide. If you experience a genuine chip or lifting on your nails after your appointment, we're happy to fix it — no questions asked.
What's covered
Complimentary chip redos are available under the following conditions:
- The chip or lifting occurred within 7 days of your original appointment.
- You contact us within those 7 days to arrange the redo.
- You provide a clear photo of the affected nail(s) when booking your redo appointment — send it to booking@kitsilanails.com or via Instagram @kitsilanails.esthetics.
- The damage is consistent with a genuine chip (not wear, peeling from picking, or damage from activities after the appointment).
What's not covered
- Chips or lifting reported more than 7 days after the appointment.
- Damage caused by picking, peeling, or improper removal at home.
- Normal tip wear or growth.
- Damage resulting from activities that are hard on nails (moving, construction, sports, etc.) performed shortly after the appointment.
How to request a redo
Email us at booking@kitsilanails.com with your name, original appointment date, and a photo of the affected nail(s). We'll get back to you within 24 hours to arrange a time.
We truly value every client and want you to leave happy every time. This policy exists to ensure we can keep offering quality redos fairly to everyone. Thank you for understanding. ♡
What’s Included With Your Service
So there are no surprises at the till, here’s what’s included in our standard manicure and pedicure prices — and what comes as an add-on if you’d like it.
Add-ons (not included)
The following are not automatically included with our services and are available for an additional charge:
- Polish change — if you only want a fresh coat of polish without a full manicure or pedicure.
- Artificial nail removal — soaking off existing acrylic, gel-x, or hard gel before your service.
- Cuticle trimming — we always tidy and push back cuticles; full trimming with nippers is an add-on.
- Hand or foot massage — longer relaxing massage beyond the brief one included with our deluxe services.
Just let your technician know when you book or when you arrive, and we’ll be happy to add any of these to your appointment. Pricing is listed on the Services page.
