Always! Walk-ins are welcome any time during business hours. For the best availability — especially on weekends — we recommend booking ahead.

We’re open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and Sundays and holidays from 10am to 6pm.

We’re at #102 – 2065 West 4th Avenue, Vancouver, BC (near Arbutus Street in Kitsilano). Street parking is available.

Gel take-off is $15 on its own. If you’re getting a fresh colour at the same appointment, there’s an additional $5 for the removal.

We do! Our Lil’ Miss services are designed for younger clients — Lil’ Miss Manicure ($20), Lil’ Miss Pedicure ($25), and the Lil’ Miss Mani & Pedi combo ($45).

Absolutely — nail art is one of our specialties. Simple designs start at $5. For something custom or intricate, bring a reference photo and we’ll give you an accurate quote before we start.

Absolutely! When you book online, you can request your preferred technician in the technician dropdown or notes. We always try to honor requests based on availability.

If you booked online, your confirmation email contains a Cancel this appointment link — just click it and confirm. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to someone else.

To reschedule, please call us at 604-739-7979 or email booking@kitsilanails.com and we’ll find you a new time.

We always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but if you’re more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delays for other clients. If you can’t make it, please let us know as soon as possible — it makes a big difference for our team.

We accept cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment is taken at the salon after your service. Prices are in CAD and subject to applicable taxes.

We take pride in the quality of every service. If you experience a genuine chip or lifting within 7 days of your appointment, we'll redo it for free! Just send a clear photo of the affected nail(s) to booking@kitsilanails.com or message us on Instagram @kitsilanails.esthetics to book your redo.

• Damage from picking, peeling, or improper removal at home
• Normal tip wear or growth
